    The Patek Philippe reference 3855 is distinguished by its atypical case: neither completely octagonal, nor elliptical, nor cushion-shaped, but a blend for a unique result. This model is equipped with a hand-wound mechanical movement, the caliber 215, which first appeared in 1974 and remains a cornerstone of Patek Philippe's ultra-thin movements and is still used in some models in current production. The caliber 215 was the first to be equipped with the Gyromax, operating at 28,800 beats per hour. Dim. 31 x 32 mm. Thickness 6 mm.
