The patented annual calendar was launched in 1996 and has been a success story for the past 20 years. Indicating the day of the week, the date and the month, and requiring correction only once a year, this ingenious mechanism has emerged as one of Patek Philippe’s flagship models. It offers a choice of different displays and nuances of style, always combining elegant lines, noble materials and lavish attention to finish.

Patek Philippe is the last Family-Owned Independent Genevan Watch Manufacturer. Iconic models are the Nautilus, Aquanaut, Calatrava, Cubitus, Ellipse, Twenty~4 and grand complications. Since 1839 without interruption, Patek Philippe has been perpetuating the tradition of Genevan watchmaking. As the last family-owned independent watch manufacturer in Geneva, it enjoys total creative freedom to entirely design, produce and assemble what experts agree to be the finest timepieces in the world – following the vision of its founders Antoine Norbert de Patek (1839) and Adrien Philippe (1845). The company name became Patek Philippe in 1851, and it is under this name that Patek Philippe created the first Swiss wristwatch ever made in 1868. Thanks to its exceptional know-how, Patek Philippe maintains a tradition of innovation hailed by an impressive repertoire of more than 80 patents.
