Submariner Date 40

The Rolex Submariner Date 116618 was introduced at BaselWorld 2008 and was the first Submariner to be fitted with the new style case and ceramic bezel insert; the Rolesor and stainless steel versions would follow in subsequent years. The present model features a blue dial and insert; it is also available in black. Since 2013 the watch is outfitted with the present 'Sunburst' type dial.
