Cartier Tortue Ref. W1556233 . The Cartier Tortue, whose design first appeared in 1912, takes its name from its shell-shaped case and is one of Cartier’s iconic silhouettes. This modern interpretation, reference W1556233, is an XL version produced primarily since the 2010s, which incorporates the brand’s Art Deco design elements in generous proportions. Its 18-karat white gold barrel-shaped case measures 38 × 48 mm and is approximately 14.5 mm thick.
