An outstanding example of the legendary Rolex Pre-Daytona reference 6238, fitted with a rare black matte dial with silver printing. This watch comes from an important French collector who owned it for the past 15 years.

It features the “ROW” engraving, indicating it was originally delivered to the U.S. market. The caseback is correctly stamped 6238 and bears two Rolex Paris service engravings from 1996 and 2000.
