The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar ref. 5146 was originally introduced at BaselWorld 2005 as a replacement for the ref. 5035. Its caliber 324 S IRM QA LU indicates the day, month and power reserve through hands, while the date and moonphase are displayed through apertures. The present variation, ref. 5146J-010, has a yellow gold case and a slate grey dial.
