It features a case of 40.2mm, which holds the hand-wound caliber R TO 27 PS QR - a movement that was last used in the ref. 5016, featuring a tourbillon, retrograde perpetual calendar, and minute repeater. Reference 5316/50P-001 was added to the collection in 2023. This watch has a platinum case and a a blue metallized sapphire crystal dial with a black-gradient rim.
