Omega Speedmaster reference 105.003-65 “Ed White”. On June 3, 1965, NASA Astronaut Edward Higgins White II, or Ed White for short, became the first American to walk in space. On his wrist? A Speedmaster, of course. Not just any Speedmaster but a reference 105.003-65 – now known as the "Ed White." The reference is downright legendary, so much so that when in 2019 Omega resumed production of the caliber 321, the first stainless steel Speedmaster to be offered with the movement is an extremely faithful modern interpretation of the vintage "Ed White."
