Part of the 175th Anniversary collection of Patek Philippe, the 5975 features a CH 28-520 stripped down to its bare essentials - nothing but the hours, minutes and seconds counter remain. The dial is adorned with a telemeter, pulsometer and tachymeter. The 5975J-001 features a yellow gold case and an opaline silver dial. It is limited to 400 pieces.
